Duties:
The Contract Specialist will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and issuing contracts, as well as managing contract performance activities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include cost estimation and analysis, planning and evaluating, and providing technical guidance to program personnel.
