Duties: The Human Resources Specialist will serve as a senior H.R. Specialist, applying the full range of civilian H.R. methods, principles, and practices to advise on and resolve the full range of operational problems in the areas of recruitment and placement, and classification. The specialist will utilize a wide range of H.R. practices, laws, regulations, policies, and precedents sufficient to provide expert federal civilian H.R. management advisory and technical services on complex and wide-impacting customer functions and work practices. Additionally, the specialist will advise managers and supervisors on staffing requirements, resources, and problems in highly complex assigned offices.
