Duties:
As a Human Resources Specialist for the US Army, you’ll advise hiring managers on recruitment and placement strategies, including Department of Defense Direct Hire Authorities, non-competitive hiring authorities, and merit promotion and placement programs. You’ll generate vacancy announcements, rate applicants, create referral certificates and audit selections, set pay and code appointments, transfers, and other personnel actions.
