Pay Scale: The GS-14 salary range starts at $116,393 per year. Locality pay will be determined once the selectee’s duty location has been established.
Duties
The successful candidate will:
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee efforts in solving complex and far-reaching data management issues and problems.
- Apply various quantitative methods to identify problems, extract, and analyze data from multiple source databases.
- Provide leadership, expert assistance, and authoritative advice to analyze data and improve program effectiveness and efficiency.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Register with Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
- Direct Deposit of salary check to financial organization required.
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience leading, coordinating, and overseeing efforts in solving complex and far-reaching data management issues and problems; applying a wide range of quantitative methods to identify problems, identify, extract, and analyze data from a variety of source databases; applying leadership, expert assistance, authoritative advice in performing data analysis and improving program effectiveness and efficiency. Such experience must demonstrate advanced knowledge and application of the features of various software programs (e.g., macros, queries, pivot tables, etc.) in completing such tasks.
