Supervisory Contract Specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at the Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC). This remote role works with complex contracts and is critical to the VA mission.

Job Title: Supervisory Contract Specialist

Salary/Job Grade: GS 14 $99,908 – $129,878 per year

Business Area/Agency: Department of Veterans Affairs

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Remote position

Duties: The job involves contract acquisition, analysis, negotiation, administration, and tracking of various contracting projects. The individual will also play a supervisory role, directing the activities of acquisition professionals and facilitating training needs.

Minimum Qualification Requirements: US Citizenship; A 4-year course of study with 24 semester hours in relevant areas such as accounting, finance, law, and business; At least four years experience in contracting or related positions; Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
