Duties
The successful candidate will:
- Serve as a consultant to management, contractors/vendors, and internal HR employees on personnel records processing procedures, official personnel records management, and HR data submission to Human Capital Management & Modernization.
- Provide expert HR consulting and advice to the organization, developing solutions for complex problems in one or more HR specialties such as staffing, recruitment/placement, position management, and compensation.
- In providing expert advisory service and authoritative policy interpretations on highly complex agency-wide issues, perform a key role.
- Resolve complex and difficult processing errors and discrepancies found in requests for personnel actions.
- Research, develop, and maintain their HR policies and work directly with vendors/contractors to correct issues.
