Duties and Key Takeaways

The incumbent will lead a team of software engineers through all stages of SDLC to design, develop, and deploy open-source, cloud-based applications using development standards or frameworks and Microsoft M365 Power Platform using Agile/Scrum methodology in the RRB’s Microsoft Azure cloud environment, to support the RRB’s mission.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying open-source, cloud-based applications using development standards or frameworks (at least one of the following: .Net Core, HTML, JavaScript)
  • Develop seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces using front-end frameworks (at least one of the following: React or Angular)
  • Streamlines processes, automate tasks, build new applications, and enhance overall system functionality utilizing Microsoft M365 Power Platform, including PowerApps & Power Automate.
  • Leads teams through iterative development cycles to deliver cloud-based, high-quality software solutions on time utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies
