Duties:
- Provide expertise, advice, and recommendations for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating performance improvement systems and interventions.
- Plan and carry out training curricula for recruiting missions.
- Establish training criteria, formulate training plans, and assess program effectiveness.
- Develop and control procedures for external evaluation of courses.
- Review and modify course materials and plans for complex courses.
