Duties:

  • Develop procurement policies, procedures, management techniques, and concepts
  • Prepare to implement instructions for new or changed acquisition policies or directives
  • Develop position papers and briefing materials related to contracting and acquisition planning
  • Assist in managing the Acquisition Compliance Program
  • Schedule and participate in the DHA internal acquisition compliance review (ACR) process
  • Conduct independent pre-award reviews of solicitations or related contractual documents
  • Maintain the TRICARE Contracting Officer warrant program and make recommendations for the issuance of Contracting Officer warrants
